I’ve just accepted a job at Selfridges for a Luxury Sales Associate position in the Accessories department – so I’ve achieved my goal of my first luxury retail job! I’ve had so many retail interviews before, and I love styling myself for them, but luxury retail is a whole different game. As Selfridges is very much a high-end store, I knew the style of the day would be business formal. However, rather than wearing boring black suits and white blouses as some other interviewees might, as per my typical style, I decided to make my interview dress a little more interesting.
I recently bought this gorgeous dress at Cheshire Oaks (an outlet store in the North near where I’m from) for a fraction of the normal price, and finally found the perfect occassion to wear it.
This dress has a gorgeous vibrant print, but still has a very classic, mid-length cut. To mix up the outfit and make it more fashion-forward I added this gorgeous set of retro mid heels. The pointed tip is so on-trend right now!
