One of my favourite things to wear is the a-line mini skirt – I always think it looks so cute and 60s, and it’s very in-line with my personal style. I love this beige one from New Look, and the pockets are such a cute addition. They’re great to wear now with bare legs, and can be combined with tights as A/W approaches.
Tan and burgundy are a surprise colour combination I discovered recently. I usually stick to pairing beige tones only with black or khaki, but I think the contrast between the lightness of the beige and the deepness of the burgundy actually makes for a great look.
I added this gorgeous Banana Republic duster coat, as the khaki tone fits amazingly with the colour pallette of the outfit, and the military, oversized style helps to break up the otherwise girly vibe of the outfit.
The ankle boots are an early nod towards A/W – and thankfully the temperature in London means it wasn’t too hot to wear them now!
